We migrate everything. Employee records, historical data, personnel files, approval workflows—we handle the export from your existing systems and import into YOSS. Your folder structures stay intact. Historical records (check stubs, W-2s, documents) are preserved.

Coming from paper processes instead of software? We've implemented districts running entirely on paper forms and spreadsheets. We'll digitize your current processes and build them into YOSS workflows.

We handle your first data import, load your forms and approval routes, configure integrations with your ERP, and train your HR/Finance/Payroll teams. Then we teach you what we did—so you can make changes yourself going forward. We provide pre-built videos, PDFs, and AI-powered tools so your team can train your end-users.

No. YOSS is a service, not a license. We build your instance for you—workflows, forms, approvals, integrations. You tell us how your processes work, and we configure YOSS to match.

The platform keeps evolving. Every feature you see was built for a Georgia district, then shared with everyone at no cost. We push updates weekly—compliance changes, new features, improvements. You never pay extra.

You get one dedicated implementation specialist from contract to go-live. After that, you work with a small support team through our help desk—submit tickets and get responses in ~37 minutes on average. No strangers. No bouncing between departments.
